We hope you find Internal Communications a helpful place and we encourage you to get as involved in sharing information as you want to. Alternatively, the forum is here for everyone to share their ideas, issues and problems and to benefit from all our collective knowledge as internal comms professionals and employee engagement specialists. We’ll work with you to shape your culture; to improve the way your employees, managers and leaders communicate; and to mobilise your people behind change. Those three words are our passion and they underpin all we do.
